Abstract submission
- Please submit your abstract as a text with up to 9000 characters including blank spaces
- Please include a summary regarding the key take-aways for the audience
- Use English language
- Please add the following information to your submission:
- Names and company/institute of the presenter and co-authors
- Title for your abstract and presentation
- If available, list of previous publications or presentations on the topic
- Short bio of the presenter(s)
- Contact information of the presenter
- Abstracts and presentations will be reviewed by the review committee
- With the submission of your abstract, you agree on publishing
- With the submission of your abstract, you agree to present your topic in person and on site
Paper Submission
After your abstract has been accepted, please submit your presentation and paper.

- recommend up to 12,000 characters (incl. spaces)
- language: English
- images/graphics: resolution at least 300, better 600 dpi; good contrasts; please always provide images and graphics with
an explanatory caption - formulas, code examples etc. preferably embed as an image
- paper finalization for proceedings: October 2, 2025
With the abstract submission you already agreed on publishing your full paper in the proceedings of the eLSA Symposium after the event. The publication will also include a short bio of the speaker.
